By limiting our practice to these 4 areas over the last 22 years, we have better served our clients by mastering the complexities of the law and staying current on changes in the law. Representation of our clients begins with an initial meeting to discuss the facts of the case and to review the relevant documents. We ask our clients during the meeting to outline their goals and then we listen. Based on our knowledge of the law, our experience and the clients’ goals, we develop, with the clients, a practical and common sense plan of action. Oftentimes, to lessen the burden of litigation and given the right circumstances, our plans include attempts at early resolution with opposing parties through informal discussion or mediation. If early resolution is not possible, we will proceed to arbitration or trial.
