EDUCATION

Suzanne graduated cum laude from the University of Alaska, Anchorage with a bachelor’s degree in English in 1994. She attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, California graduating at the top of her class. Suzanne completed her formal legal education as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Anthony C. Joseph at the San Diego Superior Court.

AREAS OF PRACTICE

Suzanne’s practice includes both commercial litigation and transactional matters. For more than 25 years, Suzanne’s litigation practice has included, among other things, construction defect, real estate, general commercial litigation, personal injury, and property disputes. She is a skilled and effective advocate and negotiator. In Suzanne’s transactional practice, she reviews and drafts construction, real estate, and purchase and sale agreements. Suzanne represents clients and is licensed to practice law in California and Arizona.  She is also licensed in Nevada.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Suzanne owns and operates Brei Dispute Resolutions, her own alternative dispute resolution practice. She currently serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Pima County Superior Court where she serves as a settlement conference judge. Suzanne is also a licensed real estate agent and serves as an approved mediator on the Arizona Association of Realtors’ Buyer-Seller Mediation Program. Suzanne served as an Executive Council Member on the Construction and Alternative Dispute Resolution sections of the Arizona State Bar. She also served as a Board Member for Habitat for Humanity Tucson from 2019-2022.
