Ramona Graham

EDUCATION

Ramona studied liberal arts in college and later earned a Certificate with Distinction in Paralegal Studies from UC Berkeley Extension.

AREAS OF PRACTICE

Ramona’s experience includes business law, business and employee financial and criminal background investigations, landlord-tenant disputes, immigration, wage and hour, criminal law, international law, contracts and litigation.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Ramona assisted Mental Health America’s General Counsel in the redrafting and publication of board-approved policy Position Statements. She led the legal research, working in collaboration with federal (SAMHSA) and state (NASMHPD) organizations, scientific researchers, and other field experts.  These Statements are used to impact legislation and influence courts at the state and federal level.
